1. Review of Fundamentals
Put your KUMON GO knowledge into practice by playing against the Go AI from mid-game positions. If you have mastered the content of your current level, you can achieve a win or a competitive game. Use the foundational Go skills you learned in KUMON GO naturally in real matches.
2. Understanding the End of the GameBeing able to tell when a game has ended is essential in learning Go. KOKOKARA GO starts with near-end positions on the 5×5 board and gradually guides learners to confidently judge the end on the 19×19 board. Progress step by step from smaller boards to build a solid understanding of end-game judgment.
3. Practice Games from the Opening and Mid-GameAfter reviewing the fundamentals and learning end-game judgment, start playing from mid-game positions with fewer stones. As you gain confidence in competitive play, gradually move to earlier positions and eventually start from the opening.
